Labelling innovative collaborative projects

The innovative collaborative projects are projects bringing together at least two companies and one research laboratory. They aim at setting up some innovations which will be marketed in the years following the end of the project for the benefit of the companies' competitiveness.

VEGEPOLYS pays special attention to the labelled innovative collaborative projects.

As early as the idea, VEGEPOLYS can help you particularly with the qualification of the project and the search for partners (companies or research laboratories).

The design of the projects benefits from a steady support in the fields which are important for their selection and correct progress:

  • The building of the R&D programme
  • The financing plan
  • The legal design (consortium agreement) and the sharing of the intellectual property
  • The economic argument
  • The formalization of a file adapted to the funding aimed at.

Please, contact the VEGEPOLYS team upstream as soon as possible to secure and optimize your approach (complete confidentiality) innovation@vegepolys.eu (Tel n°: +33 2 41 72 17 37)

PROCEDURE REGARDING LABELLED INNOVATIVE COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS:

Regarding projects requiring to be funded, Fonds Unique Interministériel de l'Etat, French interministerial fund, or the call for Innovation projects of the Conseil Régional des Pays de la Loire) or BPI France, the procedure is as follows:

1  Survey of your project by a chargé de mission (special adviser). We advise you to contact us upstream as soon as possible in your project design. You will thus benefit from a support securing its correct preparation and then you will be oriented towards the most appropriate financing window.

2  Your file will be sent for survey to two rapporteurs external to the COSST (Comité d'Orientation et de Suivi Scientifique et Technologique, steering scientific and technological monitoring committee). They will carry out their mission in full confidentiality.

3  Hearing of the project initiator by the COSST. In case of validation, two experts, external to VEGEPOLYS, will be appointed (validated by the initiator and carrying out their mission within a confidentiality agreement).

4  The documents necessary for the project survey will be sent by the initiator seven days before the COSST: the labeling application form (Form 7), the communication form (Form 8), and the signed "collaborative project partners" charter (Form 6A) to apply for the labelling.

5  Final survey by the COSST in view of the two external expertise.

6  Decision of labelling issued by the VEGEPOLYS Conseil d'Administration (board of directors), in view of the opinion given by the COSST.

The labeling process lasts 6 to 8 weeks.
